Ali has been working in the fitness industry for 9 years, teaching yoga and a variety of other cardio and sculpting formats. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UC Davis and a Master’s in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

Ali has her 500-hour Yogaworks certification, is a NASM certified personal trainer, is certified in TRX, is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and has been competing in CrossFit for 4 years.

She currently teaches at Orange Theory Fitness, CrossFit Sweat Shop, Renaissance Club Sport, Yogaworks, The Studio, Cal Strength and AAA.

Enrique’s goal is to have the “good life” health, love, wealth, and happiness.

Fitness became a part of his life while he was in high school and has continued through the years as it has helped him both physically and mentally.

Enrique continues to take his fitness goals to the next level in terms of weekly workouts (interval training, cardio, weight lifting and hiking), food prepping and nutrition in general.

Seeing the change in himself is something he continues to look forward to.
